כנסו לשיעורי LIVE – אימוני כושר לבית עם המאמנים שלנו ותקבלו טיפים לביצוע נכון בזמן אמת.
בספריית ה-VOD יחכו לכם:
אימוני כושר LIVE שהוקלטו ויעלו מידיי יום
תוכניות תרגילי כושר מוכוונות
פלייליסטים מגוונים
ליווי תזונתי קבוצתי – פגישות קבועות בהן תוכלו לשאול שאלות, לקבל תשובות, להקשיב לשאלות של מתאמנים אחרים ולקבל מענה גם לשאלות שלא חשבתם לשאול. הפגישה מתקיימת במתכונת קבוצתית ומאפשר לתזונאית שלנו להעניק מענה רוחבי במגוון תחומים שונים.
ליווי תזונתי אישי- אחד על אחד עם התזונאית שלנו, רק אתם והיא מהספה שלכם (או מהמטבח). במסגרת הפגישה היא תכיר אתכם, את ההרגלים שלכם ואיזו תכנית תזונה מתאימה לכם בדיוק. בהתאם, היא תעניק לכם תפריט אישי, תעקוב אחר המדדים וההיקפים שלכם ותעזור לכם להגיע לתוצאות.
אתגר 5 עם הדס צימרמן ורוני דואני:
אתגר 5 היא מסגרת מאתגרת שמניבה תוצאות ומהר. ראשית, תמלאו טופס עם המשקל שלכם, ההיקפים, מצבכם הבריאותי ומשקל היעד אליו אתם מכוונים. רוני והדס יפגשו אתכם אחת לשבוע לשיחת תזונה ומדד כדי לעקוב אחר ההתקדמות שלכם ולוודא שאתם מתקדמים בכיוון הנכון. מידי שבוע תקבלו מהדס תפריט חדש ותתאמנו עם רוני לפחות 3 פעמים בשבוע באימוני LIVE או VOD.
BOOST online is an application that brings the most professional training and fitness trainers in Israel to your home. You can choose between LIVE training and recorded training that will be updated daily in the VOD library and also enjoy nutritional accompaniment.

What does the BOOST fitness training app give you?

Enter LIVE classes - home fitness training with our trainers and you will receive tips for proper performance in real time.
In the VOD library you will find:
LIVE fitness training recorded and uploaded daily
Guided Exercise Programs
Diverse playlists
Group nutritional accompaniment - regular meetings where you can ask questions, get answers, listen to other trainees' questions and get answers to questions you did not think to ask. The meeting takes place in a group format and allows our nutritionist to provide a horizontal answer in a variety of different areas.
Personal nutritional accompaniment - one on one with our nutritionist, just you and her from your couch (or kitchen). During the meeting, she will get to know you, your habits and which nutrition plan is right for you. Accordingly, it will give you a personalized menu, track your metrics and scopes and help you get results.
Challenge 5 with Hadas Zimmerman and Roni Duani:
Challenge 5 is a challenging framework that yields results and fast. First, fill out a form with your weight, circumference, health status and target weight you are aiming for. Roni and Hadas will meet with you once a week for a nutrition and index talk to track your progress and make sure you are moving in the right direction. Every week you will receive a new menu from Hadas and train with Roni at least 3 times a week in LIVE or VOD training.
